Things to do

Cascina Le Roasine is an ideal starting point for visits to the surrounding countryside with its numerous wine cellars and medieval attractions, as well opportunities for shopping.
The Piedmont region is renowned for its traditional food and typical local cuisine.
If you want to sample these gastronomic delights, reserve your evening meal through Ute.
And book yourself onto one of our special food and wine tours. Or else explore the area for yourself with amazing walks, on a bicycle or by horse.

Chieri, with its historic centre is just a 20-minute drive away.
The larger cities to be enjoyed within easy driving distance include the beautiful Turin and Asti.
A few of Turin’s many highlights: The Museum of Cinema in the stunning Mole Antonelliana, and the Egyptian Museum (second largest in the world). Stroll along the pleasant banks of the River Po, or down Via Roma with its countless fashionable shops.
And then of course Asti, with its world-famous wines and medieval feel (in September you can catch the Palio or medieval horserace around town – just like in Siena!)

In 2006 the Olympic Winter games took place in Turin and the surrounding mountains
